Yesterday, a man came at the office looking for one of my officemates. I realized he is a collector of one of the company insurance and my officemate is one of their clients. My officemate then paid her monthly installment and I noticed that the collector did not any more write manually the official receipt. Instead he gave a thermal receipt out from the small receipt printer that he is carrying with him. He said that the thermal receipt will be considered as their official receipt.
