Hooray for getting older! I celebrated my 45th birthday yesterday. My co-worker had a surprise for me at the office. We had plenty of foods such as cake, ham, buffalo chicken wings and sweets. They also told me I need to take multivitamins to keep me strong and energetic. At the age of 40, people get started weak and tired all the time. In order for us to keep going the day, taking a vitamins is really great.
