My office Ruby has just bought a new car. It is a second hand car which she bought in Manila. It was her cousin who has selected the car and had closed the deal of the transaction for her. Now she is asking me to help her look for the cheapest car insurance. I really have no idea about car insurance so we asked my brother-in-law about it.
