My younger sister, Aimee, is used to taking diet pills because she has a tendency to get fat. This is brought about by her good appetite. But now that she had a metabolic disorder, her endocrinologist forbid her to take any diet pills since it has a caffeine content that could affect her heart rate. What she did now to control her weight is just exercise and limit her food intake.
LSAT prep
Now that I am working in a government agency I have more time for myself. I can go home at 5 o’clock in the afternoon already. We seldom render overtime. Our work is from Mondays to Fridays only. Saturdays and Sundays are my day off. Since I have this ample free time I am planning to study and take LSAT prep.
Skechers Shape ups
Last September 1, 2009 my officemates and I attend the “Alay Lakad and Hataw” which was headed by the Civil Service Commission. The activity was in connection with the 109th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary. We (government employees) started walking from the CSC office passing Liceo de Cagayan High School then to Camp Evangelista. When we reached at the camp there was a short program and was then followed by a “Hataw”(exercise). It was good that I used my Skechers Shape ups because I was able to do the exercise freely and comfortably.
acne treatment
My officemate Ruby has been convincing me to undergo acne treatment. I am really afraid when it comes to doing something for my face. Until now I am not sure if what I have on my face is acne or just mere pimples but they are really destructive to look at. I guess I will have to visit a dermatologist for a consultation.
weight loss pill
Anybody here who could recommend a weight loss pill that is safe and effective? By the way, I am not going to substitute my daily exercise and diet with a miracle pill. I just really need a help to meet my goal in losing weight for about 10 pounds because I have to attend the wedding of my best friend and I will be her bridesmaid.
ceiling fans
As I have mentioned before, my house is still a work in progress. I can only be able to buy things like furniture, fixtures or appliances when I received bonus from my employer. This coming December I am planning to buy ceiling fans for my living room. I have a stand fan which I am using now but it’s eating some space. At least a ceiling fan or a wall mounted fan will do well in my small house.
