In one of my business trips, I visited a huge mall in Jakarta . My plan was just to buy toys for my kids and go back to San Diego hotel. But after 30 minutes, I still couldn’t find a toy store. It was getting late so I asked a saleslady for directions. She didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand me. But after I showed her picture of my kids , she led me to the escalator and pointes her finger up to the next level.
I went up but my excitement died when I didn’t see any toy section. Again I asked for help and I was directed to the next level. Still no toy section. The same thing happened three more times until I was ready to give up. That’s when I saw the mall directory right beside me. I finally found what I was looking for. Do five minutes before closing time, I was able to buy toys for my kids. My perseverance paid off.

Have you ever been prescribed complete bed rest? Officially, it is my friend’s 40th day in bed. You’d probably think he must really be in good shape from all the resting, right? Well, not really.
During the first few weeks, all he could do was sleep, eat , read and watch. On his 21st day of “house arrest,” he told her wife he felt so useless, bored and unproductive. He sulked and complained. Being her wife’s usual loving self, she listened and understood. how can I have a bed rest if I have a lot of laundry hamper in my room? I hope my cousin's arrival will be sooner so that she can help me to wash my clothes. I think I have 4 hampers or dirty clothes to be washed.

I Love Pizza!
When hubby comes home late at night from work during the weekend, he would usually drop by in a restaurant and takeout some pizza. I would order two slices (of one big one) authentic Italian pizza with tomatoes, basil, garlic, and cheese. I like it topped with whatever veggies that I could think of. I would add a big green salad made at the restaurant or at home and dress it in light dressing. Hmm, so yummy!
On the other hand, next week I will attend a baby shower though my co-workers and I have decided to buy a Bob stroller to our boss. Well, she's going to have a baby soon. Everyone are excited.
