Who lie better?

They say that a woman are good liars and has different method in doing it. Most women tell white lies in order to protect and avoiding hurting someone. But naturally, after telling a lie they will feel terrible about it. Men are likely to tell unconcealed lie but more often they cheat or play away just to excite or impress women.
