Nosebleed seldom indicates a serious disease. Some people have weak vessels in the nose which can rupture from case which would otherwise have no effect on others. They say the if this occurs in the middle-aged, it is often a sign of high blood pressure. It may even occur after severe sneezing, coughing, or even excessive nose picking can cause nose bleed. So, if you are an enthusiastic nose picker, be careful.
